Service Description

creativeghart provides event furniture and decor rental services for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and other occasions. Our services include:

  • Rental of furniture, lighting, and decorative items
  • Delivery and pickup coordination
  • Optional setup and breakdown services
  • Event planning consultation and support

Rental Terms

Reservations

All rental reservations require:

  • A completed rental agreement signed by both parties
  • A non-refundable deposit as specified in your quote
  • Confirmation of event date, time, and location
  • Detailed itemization of rented furniture and decor

Payment

Payment terms include:

  • Deposits are due at time of reservation confirmation
  • Final payment is due before or on the day of delivery
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers
  • Additional charges may apply for damages, late returns, or extra services

Rental Period

Standard rental periods are calculated as follows:

  • Items are rented for the specified event duration plus setup time
  • Delivery typically occurs the day of or before your event
  • Pickup is scheduled for the day after your event unless otherwise arranged
  • Extended rental periods are available at additional cost
  • Late returns without prior arrangement incur daily rental fees

Client Responsibilities

As the renter, you agree to:

  • Use rented items solely for their intended purpose
  • Maintain items in good condition during the rental period
  • Ensure venue access for delivery and pickup
  • Protect items from damage, theft, or misuse
  • Return items in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear
  • Report any damage or issues immediately
  • Prohibit smoking near fabric items and upholstery
  • Keep items indoors or properly covered if used outdoors

Delivery and Setup

Our delivery and setup services include:

  • Delivery fees are based on location and order size
  • Delivery times are scheduled in advance and confirmed with you
  • Setup services are available at an additional cost
  • You must provide clear access to the event venue
  • Delays caused by venue access issues may incur extra charges
  • We are not responsible for venue damage during delivery unless caused by our negligence

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Cancellations more than 30 days before the event receive a refund minus processing fees
  • Cancellations within 30 days may forfeit the deposit
  • Cancellations within 14 days are subject to 50% of the total rental cost
  • Cancellations within 7 days are subject to the full rental amount
  • Weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis

Damages and Loss

Regarding damaged or lost items:

  • Normal wear and tear is expected and included in rental fees
  • Significant damage will be assessed and charged accordingly
  • Lost items are charged at replacement cost
  • Before and after photos document item condition
  • You will receive an itemized invoice for any damage charges
  • Disputes about damages should be raised within 7 days of invoicing

Liability

Limitation of liability terms:

  • We are not liable for injuries or property damage resulting from misuse of rented items
  • You assume responsibility for the safety of your guests
  • We maintain insurance for our equipment but are not responsible for third-party claims
  • Our liability is limited to the rental fee paid for affected items
  • Force majeure events release both parties from contractual obligations

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Not engage in unlawful or prohibited activities
  • Not attempt to interfere with website functionality
  • Not use automated systems to access our site without permission
