  • Extensions are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing
  • Unauthorized extensions will incur late return fees

Return Condition

Acceptable Condition

Items should be returned in the following condition:

  • All components and accessories included and intact
  • Items should not show signs of misuse or neglect
  • Fabric items should be free from burns, tears, or significant stains
  • No modifications or alterations to any rented items

Normal Wear and Tear

We understand that some wear occurs during events. Normal wear and tear includes:

  • Minor scuffs or marks that can be easily cleaned
  • Slight creasing on fabric items
  • Minimal dust or dirt accumulation
  • Light scratches that do not affect functionality or appearance

These minor issues are expected and do not result in additional charges.

Cleaning Requirements

We do not require you to clean items before return, but we appreciate the following considerations:

  • Remove excessive debris, food, or waste materials
  • Dispose of any decorations or additions you placed on rented items
  • Empty any containers or vessels of contents
  • Allow fabric items to air out if exposed to strong odors

Professional cleaning is included in your rental fee. However, excessive cleaning needs due to misuse may result in additional charges.

Pickup Process

Scheduled Pickup

Our team follows these steps during pickup:

  • We arrive during the scheduled pickup window
  • Our staff conducts a brief inspection of items
  • Items are counted and checked against the rental agreement
  • Any concerns or discrepancies are noted immediately
  • Items are loaded and transported back to our facility

Access Requirements

To facilitate smooth pickup:

Late Returns

Lost Items
